Returns Policy

SensoryCalm.com.au will only sell authentic products with a full warranty. Manufacturer warranties are maintained with a minimum of 12 months on blankets. Please check the item description for confirmation on warranty. Bed socks and Body socks are not available for return so if you are unsure about size please give one of our team a call.  Items will be returned to the manufacturer before you are refunded or replacements are sent. 

Sensorycalm.com.au will not exchange or refund goods if they have not been cared for according to the user instructions.

If you feel that you have chosen the incorrect item and it is unopened and in original condition our team will be happy to discuss a return option. Items need to be returned within14 days unless there is an issue with the product and it is a warranty claim.

If your products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. 

We do offer a trial period for our weighted blankets where a demonstration model is sent and then when satisfied it will be replaced with a new product or an alternate size. Weight is such an individual thing we find you often need to test out what is right for you.
